A unique experiment at road-sharing between automobiles and humans has been lauded by the Mayor of London as putting people first. After three years of construction work Exhibition Road was officially opened by Boris Johnson and the leaders of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster.
