Man in critical condition after stabbing

A man has been arrested after another man, in his 20s, was stabbed in west London on Saturday night.

Emergency services were called after the attack in Alfred Road in Acton at about 1000 BST, the Metropolitan Police said.

The stabbed man was taken to a west London hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

A 46-year-old person arrested is being questioned at a west London police station.
